So, how do you boost sales?

The simple answer… increase your website traffic.

It’s a numbers game… by the law of averages, the more people who are aware of the products you are offering, the more products you will sell.

Here are the three ideas that we have been exploring to help you boost your website traffic:

1. Provide fresh content.
2. Optimize for the search engines.
3. Build an online community.

We are now ready to consider idea #3: Building an online community to build your audience and increase sales.

In other words, you need to build relationships with your potential customers. Make your visitors feel welcome and appreciated, and they are likely to come back. Be interested in solving their problems and they will thank you with their business.

Making your affiliate marketing program work is really not that much different from operating a traditional business. The only way you can build your customers is to treat them right.

So what’s the easiest way to build an online cummunity?

The answer, quite simply, is through email marketing.

All you need is two tools… an autoresponder service and a lead capture page.

But what are those?

An autoresponder is an online service that allows you to build email subscriber lists, create marketing email messages, and then send out these automated messages to your list subscribers, all on autopilot.

As an affiliate who is marketing with emails, you want your subscribers to do three things…

  1. You want your subscribers to KNOW you personally, who you are what you stand for…
  2. You want Your subscribers to LIKE you, to look forward to what you are sharing with them in your email messages…
  3. And finally, you want your subscribers to TRUST you, to know that what you are sharing has their best interest at heart.

They DON’T what you to SELL to them…
